Gloomy Sunday is a sickly pale adult of sort-of below average stature (Standing at 5 ft 5) with long curly grey hair and big white eyes that are only made of their sclera. Since Sunday doesn't have pupils or irises, they have an unnerving look that people don't know if they are looking at them (Even though Sunday is a good kid and doesn't do that). Their face has several moles. They have a more voluptuously shaped body compared to the other characters, despite living in a fully male body.

They normally wear the official military uniform. They also end up in comfy clothes like pajamas a lot when stuck at home in bed... they get really messed up faced when they are sick.

personality

Sunday is a kind and caring person. A but blunt

They often try to be nice to everyone, but tends to not be polite in any way. They often say crass things without any understanding that what they say is rude. Their understanding of how people interact is a little... off, this is because of having to stay indoors because of illnesses and missing out on schooling entirely. They don't really know how to speak to others, but they always get back up to try (and offend) once again!

They know when to get serious and when to put the nice personality aside. They tend to turn dark faced and becomes stonefaced. It has a very pathetic type of personality usually and will get sappy on people when they're nice to them. They will never pass up on an offer to be comforted and is especially fond of headpats & people playing with their hair.

They get sick extremely frequently since they have immunity issues with several severe diseases, they are bedridden very often. They don't have much to do & dislike TV, but enjoy books so they just read a lot.

They cry a lot but not out of sadness. They are- as mentioned- a massive, massive sap. They read a lot of romance novels & always cry from it. Sometimes they sneak a bible in with their books and they will read half the entire book without noticing it's the bible, crying several times at the raw pain of the "characters" depicted, then will come away from it with their morals temporarily strengthened, but things will fall back to their usual self very quickly.

story

They had many extreme birth & pregnancy complications. First they pumped the blood in their body backwards for a very long time, that the other fetuses had corrected their bloodflow, Sunday's kept going. Then they had continuous spontaneous almost deaths in the womb. Then they disconnected from the wall of the womb and almost miscarriaged.

They were born on a Sunday. The war started the exact day & a million people died.Somehow they were born, but not in any good condition. They were not able to breathe or cry and had discolored suffocated complexion. The nurses took them away, stuffed them into a machine, and thus their birthing process was completed.

They immediately started having health issues. Their parents were overworked with the continuous illnesses that they legally signed them over to an infertile woman who worked as a whore. She raised them will love & care but during illness bouts she didn't really know what to do, she had good intentions and truly cared about them as if they were her own. She didn't know how to help them & would get frazzled. Being inside all the time to fight more severe illness, they weren't able to go to school or learn how to interact with others, They became very sheltered. They would read books to learn about the outside. They never left their room. Their Mama would one day stop coming home from work. They stayed in their room, at first not noticing but eventually taking notice, they almost starved & malnourished themself to death until they fell out of their bed and pulled themself to their front door, they wanted to call emergency but couldn't remember the numbers, then passed out from overexertion.

They were passed out on their living room floor for 4 days before being discovered by a burglar (Ransacking the house of a dead person), then they were taken to have their organs harvested & sold on the black market, they were relocated to the burglar's house, & taken care of by a sketchy on-call doctor until they were able to wake up. Once they did, they were so sedated & sick that they were very unwell for a long time. They continued to be taken care of by a burglar, reffering to them, now, as "mama", while "mama" pretended to love them simply so they could get better faster. Eventually they would become slightly less unhealthy - which would actually be the healthiest they would ever be - their doctor was murdered on a street for "messing someone up", so they had one of their kidneys removed while awake with no anesthetics. They passed out exactly as their kidney was completely removed.

They woke up in a ditch, disposed of, after the burglar got turned down and banned from the black market for trying to sell a "broken kidney".

They are about 14 years old by now. They had been stitched up by someone somehow, with no hope or anything, so they decided to stay there and let themself die. The next thing they knew, they were in a hospital being conneceted to a million machines. As it turns out the ditch they were in was a person named Magic Jonny's home and they brought them to a hospital. Now, they owed their life to Jonny, in a literal way, & when asked why they saved them, Jonny responded "You just looked like you needed help." That actually made Sunday feel so grateful to them. When they got out of the hospital, they had built up an extremely weak immunity but there was one there now... so Jonny & Sunday became best friends and ran around town together, "lived together" at the ditch, were partners in crime, etc. Eventually when Sunday got sick again, they were OK... their happiness made their illness much less. They were able to make it with stolen narcotics & drugs. They recovered quickly, so they didn't need to take too many drugs, which made then able to sell a lot of them, which landed them with actual cash, & they decided to buy a house. They went crazy as hell & bought the Spiderweb Manor, where they would live together. The mansion overlooked the place where the war started.
