513 is a pretty small statured goat kemonomimi. It's pretty tiny, standing only to 4 ft 11, being the smallest in the Morning Doves. It has very pale skin which is pretty translucent and thin. You can usually see most of it's veins on any uncovered part of skin. It has two different colors in it's eyes, though it isn't entirely known as of now if that is natural or not; 5 is very hush hush and no one knows it well enough to directly ask as it is too standoffish.
It's hair is short (Well... on one side), the right side (Its right) has longer strands that hang. It doesn't seem to acknowledge it ever so no one knows if it's intentional. You can see that 5 has naturally wavy hair in the longer strands. It's hair is dark black and has no light or color at all.
It has goat ears, and it's eyes have the rectangle pupil that goats often have. The specific goat 5 is a fainting goat.
5 tends to be very sexualized. When (Or if) it wears clothes, it doesn't wear a lot. Seemingly the only things it ever has on hardly covers anything. It is normally only seen in the Morning Dove uniform, but it has it's own clothes that no one has ever seen it in... it is actually found completely naked more than it's found in it's clothes. Actually... 513 is more commonly found naked than in any clothes...
Very large, deep, aplenty of scars. They cover it's entire body all over which when it's going to be seen by people, it covers them with makeup or band-aids. Some of these scars (Mainly the ones around & on it's genitals) say obscene things. Some of the most noticable ones are 513 tally marks going down it's body in two straight lines.
It doesn't get rid of it's pubic hair, it has a very small, uncircumcised penis that doesn't get hard. This doesn't turn anyone off of trying to have sex with it all the time.

It isn't friendly, but it's very cold, aloof, rude, & tends to scowl. It isn't ever happy & it isn't ever considerate
It's face is always plastered with a frown. It usually looks rather bored rather than angry, but everyone can look in & see easily that it is still very upset. No one knows what it's upset about all the time. It answers greetings & questions with curt answers & never gives straight or detailed answers, & it, itself doesn't ask questions or start conversations. It usually stands tall (While being short) with it's head up fully & its arms crossed. It looks proud because of this. It may seem sometimes as if it thinks it's too good to lend other's any of it's time. However at times in certain, very, very unusual moments people with stronger personalities than 513 can embarrass it really badly, which will result in it blushing & having angry outbursts.
Basically, this huge tsundere always defaults to being pissed & never experiences other emotions.
It could be considered tsundere but it is very, very difficult to crack. In fact it is almost impossible to get 513 into the dere, compared to tsundere anime characters, 5 may not even have a dere side by this point & everyone around it sees it as a fact that it doesn't. No one has any doubt that it cannot be loving. 513 has no heart & people know that.
In other words, 513 is completely 1D & has no personality outside of how much it bitches & consistendly yaps insults in your ears.
It sees things as if this is completely a normal thing. It doesn't think anything is weird about being rude with no boundaries.
All of this said... for some reason, the people of the world don't hate 513 in every way. They hate its personality, & they hate having to hear it go off at them. But 5 is considered an asctual sex symbol as it has a lot of sex, has sex with anyone & anything, anytime, anywhere, & that it's damn good at it, so it's popular with sleazy men, older men, lonely men, etc. It does occasionally have sex with women too but it is not as frequent. It's asexual at the same time as being hypersexual because of it's sexual trauma. [ Having been SAed as a child ] It does not however experience any form of sexual attraction. It doesn't see itself as hypersexual & fully denies it.
Never shows weakness.

It comes from mysterious origins. What people know is that it's from France, was once famous, & according only to Gloomy Sunday, it was at one point the victim of a rape. At what age, people assume it was while it was under 18. It doesn't talk about this & gets super angry at people who reference this. Always without exception if you say anything at all moderately similar to hinting at it, it gets very defensive & always assumes that they are trying to talk to it about the rape...
It is actually covered in scars all over its body from a large slash across it's chest, to a large mass of small cute clustered on it's right shin. Millie & Sunday know about these cuts & are often around while it's covering them, which is by makeup in uniform & band-aids in its clothes. People can ask about them, but it goes in one goat ear & out the other. No acknowledgement. It always hides, covers up, & lies about its past if it acknowledges it at all.
It showed up one day, naked, bleeding from every orfice, bruised beaten battered, & its hair hadn't been cut or brushed. when the government was insisting that it needs to be put in the military. It was put in when the military started to understand why they were urged to take it - its a very talented killing machine. But it was a bit mad minded & killed anyone who was there... so out of fear they had to tranquilize it & hand it off to Gloomy Sunday, who retaught it about the values of humanity.
Sunday was put through a lot & it took over 10 years, but they were able to shoe 513 what humans behave like again.
Sometimes, they would leave it alone & come back to find it have gouged a bloody gorey gash into itself and blood on its hands with the number "513" everywhere. While its behavior was animalistic but somehow recognized this number.
Sunday started referring to it as "513" to other people so they could understand who they were talking about, which ended up in others calling it 513 as a name.
When it started understanding speech & having a better sense of self, realizing that they were calling it 513, it started acting a little bit differently, more human, stronger, trying harder. It seems like the number has some sort of meaning outside of just being... well, a number it's seen before & could recognize, & was actually also a positive meaning than any bit of a negative one.
Despite the fact it didn't like girls' clothes at all, it really hated people calling it "he", & it said (In a slightly slurred way) that it wants to be called "it".
However after these many years of being retaught humanity it never changed its pronoun. It was like it had never become an animal, Sunday is a properly well-behaved individual, & had made 5 actually insanely refined. It was rude, though. Its speech had gone not only towards being more like a human but regressed back to before it was an animal, & it had a very prominent French accent (Sunday lived in they're home country of Germany at this time).
When the war started around a week after it was back to human, the war started.
Sunday & 513 were shipped to New York New York to become The Morning Doves division of the military since they could take care of it alone.
They did briefly go to London to save Millie from execution & make her part of The Morning Doves. Then they returned to New York to try to overtake Matilda.
