BlogGIF is a .GIF generator that can add cool effects like floating hearts to images, that I use a lot for yumeship edits! You can save with or without watermark for a grand total of 0$ a lifetime!
It's a simpler looking .GIF that makes flashing and glitching images similarly to PhotoMosh but doesn't sneak in an unnessasary watermark! You can have a bit of fun with it, IDK I like it so surely someone out there would like to know about it!

Makes images in the same vein as MacPaint or Grafx2 but fully in the browser!! It's really fun to draw in and can make awesome pixel work!
It's a really popular tool to use right now & it makes cute pixel art with wobbly lines that loop to make it look like a cute 90's / early 2000's kids show! Easy to use and understand!!!
In a similar vein to WigglyPaint, but a whole different vibe! It makes really cute .GIFs with some really nervous lineart!!

Found from NomnomNami, this is a good Notion alternative, it's pretty cute, it looks pretty nice on my laptop and it's good for organization and all that good stuff.
I rather prefer this over Obsidian though they're both nice! It's pretty chill and you can make some pretty aesthetic pages with it other than just organizing. Doesn't need to contain AI... thankfully.
Make your .PNG file sizes smaller but don't make up what they look like. What's not to love

It's free, eh. It gets the job done. Cheapest fuckin' way to make music. Seeing as. Y'know. It costs $0 to use on a base level XD It isn't bad & you can download some nice ass packs to make it even better.
Make some very cute 8-Bit songs with this one, if you're making a GB game or if you just want ChipTune jams in your life that don't exist yet, you can make them :3 It's pretty fuckin' awesome tbh. One of my favorite DAWs ever I won't lie.
For good 8-Bit game sound effects. Honestly can't recommend this harder.

High class shit here. Basic is still available on this link rather than on their Dreamtonics website. Ha. Hahaha. Site's easy to navigate Japanese but the software will install in your language!!

A free vocal synth software!! It's free and the best way to make songs with UTAU voicebanks. My favorite voicebanks are Meaty-chan (I was able to make one of the official arts of them pre-release!! You can see my picture on their wiki!!), Ui Mochion, Nene Nene, Chinoi Momone, & my future release, Ringo Yamu.
The OG UTAU program. It's older & not as perfected as Open, but it is also pretty nessesary to have as well if you're making / recording UTAUs.
There UTAU here you can't find anywhere else including discontinued UTAU & old versions of currently available UTAUs. Also has some pretty cool discontinued software such as CeVio Free & NiAO NiAO.

Some people swear by CSP. That's me but for this. I'm genuinely so integrated into this app that I draw like poopy in every other app but perfectly fine here. I've polled & people have largely decided that my work made in Medibang is my better work :"3 It matches really well with my simple, cartoony cell-shaded art style and techniques, IDK, it just fits me like a snug lil slipper!!!
It's another program by the studio of Medibang. It has a lot of exclusive features though, & I really do consider it a nessesary add-on.
Not even kidding. Makes most of my artworks. It has recieved more than a healthy amount of hate over the years but I've never onced damned it, swear. I love it more than anything & it's a genuine part of my soul. I've used it religiously since 2002 & never once looked back. Brb worshipping MS Paint
[ PAID ] One of my only possessed paid art apps. Aesprite wasn't a good fit for me so I had to keep looking. Thankfully found ReSprite and holy fuck I like it SO much more. You can get it on Mobile too.

[ PAID ] Hands down my favorite RPG Maker to work with since I saw it recommended by NomnomNami who I've mentioned. I got it for 90% off so we paid $7 instead of $70. Thank the Lord OMG.

TyranoBuilder Visual Novel Studio
[ PAID ] A simple tool for making pretty, dynamic, more simple visual novels. No coding needed but doesn't make games on the same level as Ren'Py when well-versed in code
If you can use Python you can make insane projects with this. I wasn't smart enough so I bought TyranoBuilder. XD It's used to make most popular VN games such as Doki Doki Literature Club & Love at First Sight!!!
It can make nonlinear stories & can be used for text-based games or visual novels if you code it that way. Super cute.
Point-and-click adventure game devs can make good games with this, it's a little old with an outdated interface, but people like me know that's the best aesthetic there is.
You can make fighting games!! It's got a healthy hate base but I just don't care about that much. Maybe that'll affect how you consider using it, but it doesn't really me, so.
A free RPG Maker alternative, pretty solid actually. Misao & Mad Father were made with this editor, & some people may argue it's better than it's paid bretheren.

PNGTuber+ & vaedotube were too heavyweight for my poopy computer but this one is perfectly fine... also has more features that I find useful & has a supercute interface. I used it for 2 hours straight and the video had no lag or skittering... I also prefer to use Steam apps for things like this because I like knowing my playtime...
